Second revised and augmented edition (first Rome, 1639), dedicated by the author to Giovanni Battista Borghese from Rome, August 10, 1669, of this comprehensive treatise on horse and horsemanship, which deals with the management and illnesses of the horse and, for the first time in this edition, contains at the end a complete illustrated catalogue of the horse brands of most notable Italian families.
